Patients pay the consultation price you set. Dermvio takes a flat per-consultation tech fee — never a percentage of your professional fee. The remainder is paid directly to your Stripe Connect account.
For solos, Pro and Premium unlock audit logs, bulk EMR export, and white-label patient comms. For clinics, the roster math surfaces a one-click upgrade prompt when the included seat count is consistently exceeded. No surprise bills.
Solo tiers are for one licensed provider running their own branded practice. Clinic tiers are for multi-provider operations with a clinic admin separate from the practitioners, central billing, and a roster you onboard into the platform.
Subscriptions are month-to-month. Cancel from the subscription page and you keep access through the end of the current billing period. No long-term contracts at any tier.
